Before we can start deep cleaning our technician will vacuum up all loose dirt, hair and soil from any upholstered section of the furniture.
2. Application
After all loose debris has been cleared away our technician will spray The Natural® cleaning solution to all areas of the upholstery. The Natural is our proprietary cleaning solution and the signature element of our service. Amazingly it contains no soap, detergents or chemicals and still delivers an effective clean.
3. Extraction
The next step is to use our state of the art Hot Carbonated Extraction (HCE) equipment to remove all bacteria and dirt brought to the surface by The Natural.
Our process only takes 10-15 minutes per piece of furniture with just a few hours to dry. Drying depends on weather and home conditions turning fans and the air conditioner can shorten drying times.
Due to our low-moisture techniques, your upholstery will dry within a few hours after the service*.
*It is important to note that dry times can be impacted by unforeseen factors, including soil conditions and humidity. Those factors can be mitigated if you turn on ceiling fans, floor fans and your air conditioner to help dry the furniture faster.
4. Protectant
Chem-Dry protectant is effective at slowing the penetration of bacteria into upholstered fibers as well as shield against stains and spill.
Protectant is important for the longevity of furniture and is available at additional charge.
5. Sanitizer
