CHEM-DRY CARPET & RUG CLEANING PROCESS
Every appointment begins with a consultation from our technician. The technician will answer questions, provide recommendations and address potential problem areas.
Following the consultation, our technician vacuums all of the floors we will clean and positions and relocates any furniture necessary.
Then the K&T Chem-Dry technician mists our proprietary solution, The Natural, onto the surface.
The Natural is a carbonation-based solution. It contains no soap, no chemicals and no detergents. Bubbles from the carbonation lift the dirt to the surface then state-of-the-art equipment removes it from your home or business.
The Natural is green-certified on the FDA GRAS list. Instead of soap, The Natural relies on carbonation to lift dirt and bacteria to the surface before our Hot Carbonated Extraction (HCE) process removes it from your home.
Hot Carbonated Extraction (HCE)
Our HCE process and equipment is recognized among the best in the industry and is recognized as such with The Carpet & Rug Institute Seal of Approval.
The final step in our process is raking your carpet to lift the fibers and help expedite the drying process. Your carpet should be dry within a couple of hours afterwards.
K&T Chem-Dry stands by our service and we guarantee satisfaction for our customers. Please inform the technician after the service or call (815) 469-3170. We will do our very best to ensure you’re happy!

JOLIET’S FAVORITE CARPET CLEANERS:
Nick was very friendly and gave me a thorough explanation of what he would be doing. The carpet looked amazing when he was done. Neat, professional, and friendly ( even to the dog!). Will definitely use again! – Brenda Hall
I’ve used K&T Chem-Dry over the last 4 years and have always been happy with the results. Kids, a dog and just general traffic require me to get my carpeting cleaned at least 3-4 times per year. Each time K&T Chem Dry offers times that work with my schedule, they are professional and thorough at the time of the service and the job they do always exceeds my expectations. I also like that the carpeting dries much quicker than traditional cleaners. I’ve referred them several times and everyone is always happy with their service. You’re only question after you use them will be ‘why didn’t I call them sooner? – Cathy Vroom
We have used K&T Chem-Dry each year and we are very pleased with their work. With two small boys, we’ve had many spills on our white carpet. It still looks great thanks to K&T. We also recently decided to also have our sectional cleaned and that was well worth it. It looks like new! I highly recommend K&T Chem-Dry compared to other carpet cleaners near me. – Basia Bhojraj

The City of Joliet is located in Will and Kendall Counties, Illinois located 40 miles southwest of Chicago. It is the fastest growing city in Illinois and one of the fastest growing cities in the United States.
Joliet was founded in the early 1830s as apart of Cook County. In 1833 after the Black Hawk War, Charles Redd built a cabin along the Des Plaines River. In 1834, James B. Campbell, treasurer of the canal commissioners, laid out the village of “Juliet” after his daughter.
Today, Joliet is Illinois’ fastest growing city and one of the fastest growing in the Chicago metro area and for good reason. With a diverse population, beautiful parks, art and culture, music, festivals, and tons of local amenities it is a great city to call home.
Joliet has many beautiful historical building with original architecture of limestone buildings and Victorian homes, which stand as a reminder of the cities proud past. Bicentennial Park offers a historic walk down Bluff Street which is marked with plaques to commemorate historical buildings like the city’s first home and other historic items like the 100-year time capsule planted in 1976.
The Joliet Farmers Market is held every Friday from June through September and is the perfect place to find fresh produce, handmade soaps, baked goods, handbags and jewelry, fresh cut flowers and plants, and so much more. We love our music in Joliet. The city has been dubbed the “City of Champions” because of its many state and national titles that are held by Joliet Township High School and grade school bands along with the Joliet American Legion Band.
Some big-time musicians come from Joliet like Lionel Richie, who graduated from Joliet Township High School, and Jimmy Chamberlain of Smashing Pumpkins. Another celebrity who calls Joliet home is actress and comedian Melissa McCarthy. Andy Dick and Nick Offerman of “Parks and Recreation” hail from Joliet also.
The city boast four conveniently located golf courses within the city limits including Inwood, Woodruff, Wedgewood, and Joliet Country Cub. For family fun, there is the Splash Station waterpark which has a 200 foot six lane racing slide, an 865 foot lazy river, and much more. The Inwood Athletic Club has an ice-arena and an Olympic sized swimming pool. And Haunted Trails Family Entertainment offers batting cages, laser tag, go-kart tracks, indoor and outdoor rides, and games.
Joliet has many great places to grab a bit. You don’t have to go to Chicago for a world famous hot dog, loaded with the works, Joliet’s own Hey Hot Dog is the best place to get a delicious hot dog with the works and homemade root beer.
Joliet is a fast-growing city for a good reason. It is a great place to live, work and enjoy life.
